more kidz bop!
about 2 months ago i posted a link to the 'kidz bop' version of 'float on' .. and now i have stumbled across the video for the new kidz bop video for the best single of the year, since u been gone.

this is a strange kidz bop rendition. when the singing starts, it sounds like chan marshall (of cat power)
its a really bizarre video too. i understand the "girl rocking out in her room" part, but then all of the sudden we see her on a stage playing with a band of animals, to a little-too-sexually charged crowd of youngsters.
and yes. since u been gone is the best single of the year, and it will take a really great song to beat it. and for those who are way too "indie" or whatever to listen to this song, get over yourself. it's a perfect pop song.
check the play count, suckaz. can anybody beat this?
